Aloha! My name is Hoku, I was born and raised here in cache valley and I am a mama to 3 beautiful, wild kiddos who keep me on my toes! You can usually find me spending time at home, hiking, kayaking or foraging for plants to make tea and medicine. My first dip into holistic health was 9 years ago when I was certified in Foot Zoning. Since then I've been exploring and practicing alternative medicine to heal myself and my loved ones. In 2021 I attended Healing Mountain Massage School and graduated with extra certifications in Thai massage, Shiatsu, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, and Structural Integration. My style is more of a hybrid massage where I use a blend of modalities to create relaxation and homeostasis. Brooke Gregory was born in Cache Valley Utah but grew up in Florida. She brings a decade of therapeutic experience to her practice. Specializing in assisting clients coping with migraines, Brooke also excels in aiding individuals recovering from various pains and injuries. Her therapeutic approach is a blend of diverse modalities, with a particular fondness for techniques such as Craniosacral therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage coupled with Swedish massage, as well as focused Deep Tissue work. All aimed at restoring harmony within the body.
